Are there any hidden fees?

No. The Standard Package is $100 flat per month with no percentage-based fees, no leasing surcharges, no inspection fees, and no surprise invoices. We believe in transparent, investor-friendly pricing.

Can I cancel the service?

Yes. Our Standard Package can be canceled at any time. No long-term contracts are required. If we're not providing value, you should be free to leave.

What if a tenant stops paying rent?

We follow established collection procedures and assist with the eviction process when necessary. Our eviction assistance helps protect your investment and minimize loss of income.

Can you help me buy investment properties?

Yes. As an experienced broker and active investor, we can help identify and evaluate investment opportunities across the San Antonio market and surrounding areas.

Do I need full management to use eviction assistance?

No. Our Texas eviction assistance service is available to any landlord or investor, whether we manage your property or not. The flat fee is $550 per case.

Do you handle maintenance?

Yes. We coordinate repairs through a trusted vendor network, oversee the process, and focus on controlling costs so repairs don't eat into your cash flow.
